Pure dried haddock (ýsa) from the cold waters around Iceland, naturally cured with nothing added. Harðfiskur is one of Iceland's oldest preserved foods, carried for centuries by fishermen, farmers, and travellers crossing the highlands, and still the snack Icelanders reach for first. High in protein, no sugar, no carbs, no additives. Tear by hand and eat as is; the only correct accompaniment is a thin layer of Icelandic butter spread directly onto the fish. 200g.
