Shipping

All items are shipped by DHL. Delivery time is 1-5 working days depending on available service from DHL in the country you order to. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us directly at e-mail address: trueiceland@trueiceland.com

Shipping options:

All orders are shipped with DHL express. 

Transport damage is reported to DHL when you receive the goods. If you discover the damage when you return home, contact DHL for a claim.

The shipping price is based on the order's weight, size and destination and becomes visible after the filled delivery address on the check-out page when selecting shipping options.

Customs and VAT

All prices on the page are shown including VAT. 


Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from TrueIceland.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods

As the rules differ for different countries, it is the customer's responsibility to find out for themselves which import rules / customs regulations apply to your country regarding food, tobacco etc. Should any customs fees, taxes or other fees be added, it is the customer's responsibility to pay these. TrueIceland can not replace goods that are stuck in customs or bear costs that arise in connection with this.
