Refund policy

International Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with a TrueIceland purchase or gift for any reason, it is possible to exchange that product for a new one. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition and return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. Any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
