Pale yellow, herb-flecked, and unlike anything else: Icelandic remúlaði is the foundation of the hot dog, and everything else is built on top of it. Tarragon, chervil, capers, pickled cucumber, mustard, egg yolk. Applied first, directly onto the warm bun. Without it, you do not have an Icelandic hot dog. You have a hot dog. 200g squeeze tube, keep refrigerated after opening.
