Dark, sweet, malty, with a quiet note of liquorice — Egils Malt is the oldest brand from Iceland's oldest brewery, and the drink no Icelandic household runs out of in December. Non-alcoholic, brewed from malted barley, and best known as the other half of Jólaöl: pour the Appelsín first, then the Malt. If you pour the Malt first, it foams over.
