CIRCOLO toasts coconut flakes with coconut palm sugar until they caramelise and turn crunchy, then adds 11% cranberries and a scatter of coarse sea salt over 61% dark chocolate and caramel chocolate. Sweet, tart and saline in the same bite, and the lightest of the three PLATA slabs. Gluten-free. Handmade in Iceland. Contains milk and soy; may contain traces of nuts. 70g.
