Milk chocolate balls with a soft liquorice centre, finished in a white sugar coating that crunches when you bite through. Three layers: crisp shell, smooth chocolate, then the slow chew of sweet Icelandic liquorice. Sambó calls them snjóboltar, snowballs. They look like it.
